This coffee comes from the same green lots we import through MST Coffee Importers and supply to specialty roasters across Canada.
In our Vancouver roasting lab, we evaluate each coffee to understand how it expresses itself in the cup. From time to time, we release small roasted batches so people can experience these coffees the same way we do during evaluation.
These releases are limited and rotate based on the green coffees currently available.
