Micro-Lot Description: Geisha lote received as cherry on July 16, 2025. Following flotation and disc depulping, the parchment fermented anaerobically in blue Probag bags for 87 hours inside a tank. The washed process was completed on August 4. This shorter fermentation preserves clarity, floral notes, and a crisp, transparent cup profile.
