Micro-Lot Description: Geisha variety received as cherry on July 16, 2025. After flotation and industrial disc depulping, the parchment was sealed in blue Probag bags and fermented anaerobically for 120 hours inside a tank. The coffee was washed on July 21, then dried in tanks, highlighting floral aromatics, elegance, and refined acidity.
