Micro-Lot Description: 100% Caturra, received as cherry on July 15, 2025. After flotation and industrial disc depulping, the parchment was sealed in blue Probag bags and fermented anaerobically for 120 hours inside a tank. The coffee was then fully washed, resulting in a clean, balanced cup with clear varietal expression.
