Micro-Lot Description: This lot is a blend of Caturra and Red Bourbon, selectively handpicked and subjected to 16 hours of aerobic fermentation. The cherries then underwent siphon density sorting and industrial disc depulping. Drying was carried out in a Guardiola using low-temperature hot air (35°C–40°C) for slow, uniform machine drying, ensuring precise moisture control, preserved bean integrity, and a consistent cup profile that defines the Villarica Signature Blend.
