Lot Description: Grown at 1,600 m.a.s.l. at San Crispín in Villa Rica, Pasco, this washed lot combines Caturra and Red Bourbon varieties. The cup presents a chocolate-forward aroma with medium acidity and notes of lime, caramel, molasses and white chocolate, complemented by a medium body and sweet finish.
Lot Description: This lot is a blend of Caturra and Red Bourbon varieties, selectively hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented for 16 hours using a traditional washed process. The cherries undergo siphon density sorting before mechanical disc depulping. Drying is carried out in a slow-drying system designed for specialty coffee, using low-temperature air at 35–40°C to achieve gradual and uniform drying, precise moisture control, and preserve bean integrity. This controlled approach contributes to the balanced, consistent cup profile that defines our Villa Rica Signature.
